- Motion to adopt. Megan motioned, Zoey seconded. No opposition. Adopted unanimously.
- Resolution to Sunset No Ice Campaign
- Question by Alana: Have we worked with Fifth Sun. They want money, but not volunteers. They’re doing other work
- Motion to call the question by Megan. Second by Casey. 32 in favor. Fails 2/3rds threshold. Debate opens
- Motion to adopt the resolution: 15 (zoom) + 43 = 58 in favor. Resolution passes.
- Resolution to Bring Bylaws in line with state law.
- Austin K. brings motion to amend to remove the proxy limit. Megan seconds.
