The Great Socialist Bake-Off

The Great Socialist Bake-Off is a community building, fundraising event where competitors can compete in various categories for cash prizes and honor. Competitors are judged by the community itself; for a fee, each attendee gets to try each and every entry and judge them in the moment. The person with the highest amount of points in a given category wins! Come and try your baking skills and help the DSA fundraise at the same time.

Proceeds go to Holiday Solidarity, our annual Mutual Aid event.

Bakers (competitors) must register by 9/20, and entrants will not be permitted after this date!

Categories with $25 mini prizes are Sweet, Savory, and Vegan. The $100 Grand Prize will be the item with the most amount of points combined between all categories. There will also be honorary prizes for best effort, best amateur, and more. Points are based on attendee ranking of Tastiness, Texture, Visuals, and Overall Enjoyment.
