Meeting Minutes

    • Anthony to motion to approve last meeting minutes– adopted
  • 7:10 Budget
    • Casey shared budget – Las Vegas DSA Budget July 2025 – June 2026
    • Tiffany asked about increasing budget for venue, also added that we have made more in merch than the listed (maybe $500 in merch sales a year?)
    • Budget edit to be about 7k for dues share
    • Anthony & Tiffany mentioned we may not spend more than 1k in merch
    • Many numbers are being thrown around in the budget conversation
    • Storage Unit concerns: Storage Unit is expensive, maybe we go the old way? Considerations for the future.
    • Casey moves to table the discussion about the storage unit. Tiffany seconds. Passed because there wasn’t a comprehensive discussion happening.
    • Anthony moves to adopt the proposed budget. Tiffany seconds.
    • Anthony moves to present this budget to the GBM. No one opposed
