Everyone is welcome to this crash course on some of the most important skills for organizer leaders! In this training we’ll discuss power and how it relates to the working class, models for change, assessing and building capacity, and developing other leaders. We’ll wrap it up by covering how to plan and facilitate effective meetings with your group.
