Las Vegas DSA members are invited to this Q&A event with Tyler Cavey, candidate for Assembly District 35! Tyler is applying for LVDSA’s endorsement, and this will be an opportunity for members to ask questions and get to know the candidate before the endorsement vote on October 12th. Members may submit questions ahead of time using this form.
The candidate Q&A will be recorded and sent to all members in good standing via email.
Our endorsements are meant to be more than a recommendation to our members to vote for a particular candidate. Instead, they are a commitment to fight to get that candidate elected and enact change, while helping to build the broader movement for socialism. Once the candidate is in office, we expect to continue engaging with them and continue to push the policies and projects that helped propel them to victory.
