We have started getting a monthly list of people who have signed up for the national mailing list but aren’t members yet. We need to reach out and make a personal ask to have them come to an event. 33 people on list this month.

Lorenzita has capacity, is working with Shaun to identify gaps in Hol Sol fundraising
Anthony’s capacity is increasing after being busy through October, focus on LVWOC and chapter trainings
Jesser reports positive movement with PoliEd, needs to pick a date for disability-focused event
Jaden reports capacity increasing, outside of a couple of upcoming dates for work, Tiffany will monitor social media

Texting and phone banking – need to schedule and lead
Reminder to SC members that we previously pledged to each do 1 hour of text or phone banking each month
Casey in favor of cutting and distributing lists to interested members
Anthony proposes using phone banking tools instead of distributing lists, and letting MAWG choose the dates

Some Zelle payments are being denied through the payment service, discussion on whether we should temporarily stop advertising it until the issue is resolved

Anthony can’t help himself and responds to everyone else’s ideas (don’t give prework, do a raffle instead of punch cards, pass the hat but also encourage people to text folks to donate and/or join DSA) but then suggests that we focus on mini-trainings and small group discussions
