Las Vegas Democratic Socialists of America believes that everyone deserves dignity and that no ones needs should be unmet.
Our Mutual Aid Working Group is excited to share that the upcoming Humanitarian Day, presented by Al Maun (neighborly needs) will take place on May 18th at Masjid As Sabur, with essential assistance from our LVDSA members and allies.
This event will be providing services beyond food and clothing while bringing the community together for a day of fun. You can support in various ways!
Financial Donation

- Clothing, socks, underwear
- Hygiene products and other resources
- Backpacks and school supplies
- Warm meals & to-go meals
- Mobile showers
- Barbers
- Health clinic (diabetes testing, eye testing, wound care, etc.)
- Know Your Rights session
- Entertainment
- Face painting
